Supervision
I provide supervision to other mental health counselors. This is an expected part of maintaining professional standards; it is an important way for practitioners to help process and manage the intense experiences that are part of their daily work, and improve their clinical practice over time. I offer group supervision monthly, which is drop-in, or individual supervision typically 1-2 sessions per month.
Supervision Might be Right For you If:
You are a mental health clinician who feels that modalities may be limiting in how you can help your clients
You are looking for a contextual and client-centered framework
You struggle with imposter syndrome, no matter how many courses you take
You’re uncertain how to help your neurodiverse clients
You find yourself frustrated with either pathologizing your clients, or reducing most problems to a single issue like trauma
